We work closely with schools to offer high-energy, therapeutic sessions that promote confidence, focus, and personal growth.

Job Title: Boxing Intervention Teacher

Part-Time / Flexible Hours – School-Based Role

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with:

✅ A passion and understanding of boxing
✅ Previous experience working with children in primary or secondary schools
✅ Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm, constructive way
✅ A current enhanced CRB/DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
✅ First Aid certification
✅ Passion, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering high-energy, structured boxing sessions to small groups or 1:1

  • Supporting children with emotional regulation, self-esteem, and social skills

  • Acting as a positive role model, especially for children lacking one

  • Liaising with teachers and support staff to track progress and needs

  • Providing a safe, fun and judgement-free environment for each child

  • Reflecting on sessions and contributing to planning and child development feedback
